These two passionate foodies are the acclaimed innovators behind the massively popular The British Larder recipe website, which has a worldwide fan base. They have published a cookbook, The British Larder: A Cookbook For All Seasons, and regularly contribute articles to leading publications, including Waitrose Food Illustrated, Homes and Gardens and The Caterer.

Madalene and Ross were also responsible for the highly regarded British Larder Suffolk gastropub, which was a staple of the Good Food Guide and the Michelin Pub Guide and was the recipient of an impressive number of awards. Regularly featured on television and in the media, it received glowing reviews from some of the fussiest food critics and was voted as one of the best ethical restaurants by Observer Food Monthly and one of the best places for Sunday lunch by The Times. It also supplied a range of products to Selfridges.
