As an experienced and professional chef still working daily in the industry I can supply a Chef Consultancy Service, providing an outsiders impartial view and advising on how to better your current product or service. This service could be undertaken as a Mystery or Secret Shopper.
I also offer a Product Development Service to evolve a single product or range, carry out product range reviews or refreshers.
For the past three years I have been working with a leading British Food Manufacturer in their new product development team, developing products and ranges for some of Britain’s leading supermarkets.
I have first hand experience in Ready To Cook, Ready Meals and High Risk Ready To Eat Products. I like to push the boundaries and be as creative and innovative with my ideas as possible. I’m not only looking at the ingredients but also the final product including packaging presentation, presence on the shelf, cooking instructions, serving suggestions and functionality on the table.
The British larder also offers a Product Testing and Food Analysis Service, for food products and kitchen equipment. With over 15 years of professional cooking experience, I have used most of the leading kitchen products available and therefore able to assess the next new item on the market. This service covers testing kitchen equipment, tableware, food ingredients and or products.
