Have just cooked this with venison haunch steak from the Wild Meat Company and it was delicious. Served it with roast potimarron squash and curly kale – both home grown. The spelt was a lovely cahnge from potatoes so will be cooking that again.

Steak and chips!! Cant’s beat it but this recipe looks delicious and the carrots crisps might just persuade me to make this dish instead of proper chips.
