Hello, I have never been able to get hold of any Quails Eggs. I live in the Greater Manchester area, but never see them anywhere. Is there specific places to purchase them?

Made this dish…looks and tastes fantastic!
Only thing was took me as long to peel the quails eggs as it did to make the rest of the dish (and I messed up half of them)
Any tips?

So glad to have your new post and to find it is for smoked haddock. This is my favorite fish because I can’t get it where I live, so the moment my feet hit the ground at Heathrow, I buy smoked haddock to cook for my first dinner. I will have to try this recipe as a change from the usual mash, poached egg and smoked haddock dinner.

Congrats for taking the plunge… years ago, I was persuaded to make a pamphlet of recipes for marketing the hotels… then it became a brochure… then on to a booklet and finally ewe finished up with three books…all on Mauritian food… as you say truly humbling the first time round…looking forward to the publishing date and I want a signed copy

Ohhh…would looooove to have your book…. so you will (and rightfully so) should be forgiven for delays in posting…I am a bit pathetic when it comes to all things food (am sure it is a new cult that has not been officially catagorised yet) and there are lost of us out there. Will it be available in Australia? When will it be out ? Can we pre order? Who is the publisher? Dam I am desperate…want it now ..lol I know it will be spectacular!!!
