I’ve just made this with my new mandoline, and it’s amazing! I’m not s big fan of salads, but the intense, fruity dressing and crunchy, subtle vegetables are extraordinary. It looks beautiful too!

That is a beautiful presentation. I have never had either chicory or kohlrabi, but oranges and fennel salad many times. You made it look like a song, perfectly orchestrated.

This looks amazing. I don’t know that I can find Seville oranges where I am but I imagine that substituting blood oranges would work nicely. Thank you!
