No Thermomix for me either but I do have an ice cream machine with a built-in freezer! Happy churning :) Elisa, that's fab! You can apply the same method for your ice cream machine, puree the fruits, squish it through a sieve to remove the membrane add the glucose (this helps the sorbet to stay soft scoop and not trun into a solid frozen ice block) and churn!
