I used fresh chestnuts from the garden and dried cranberries they seemed a better fit anyway look fwd to tasting them thanks

Madalene, I couldn’t resist and I baked it. I hope you don’t mind but I shared your recipe on my blog with a link to the original of course. It was delicious. I baked it using only half of the proportions ’cause I don’t trust my baking skills at all. Well, it came out very nice, perhaps a little to dark (should’ve set a timer) and, what’s more important, it’s all gone by now
