Our unique consultancy service is based on the extensive foodie know-how of our founders, Madalene Bonvini-Hamel and Ross Pike. They boast a wealth of food industry expertise and experience spanning the restaurant, pub, food-service, food development, product manufacturing and event catering sectors.
These two passionate foodies are the acclaimed innovators behind the massively popular British Larder recipe website, which has a worldwide fan base. They have published a cookbook, The British Larder: A Cookbook For All Seasons, and regularly contribute articles to leading publications, including Waitrose Food Illustrated, Homes and Gardens and The Caterer.
Madalene and Ross were also responsible for the highly regarded British Larder Suffolk gastropub, which was a staple of the Good Food Guide and the Michelin Pub Guide and was the recipient of a raft of awards. Regularly featured on television and in the media, the gastropub received glowing reviews from some of the fussiest food critics. It also supplied a range of products to Selfridges.
