What a lovely place. We spend quite a bit of time in Suffolk and this is just the sort of spot that is usually heaving at weekends.

Dear Amanda,

I shall keep you all posted regarding the interior, I will post photos as the work progress which we are starting next week. We have not finelised the paint colours and textiles, it will all come good in the end and I will keep you all posted.

Looks Idyllic… the perfect place for the British Larder… not often that i wish Mauritius was nearer the UK… Up and going so quick??? concept,design,kitchen changes,equipment, menus, training of staff… I wonder if people realise just what goes on to do what u are about to do… I only have admiration for you..
