I had tea and scones on the occasion of the Royal Wedding, but made a Victoria Sponge for my blog a couple weeks ago. I like the addition of tea to recipes as tea is my beverage of choice and what I’ll be drinking with everything. I’m having Twining’s Earl Grey (loose leaf) as we speak!

What a fantastic spread! I love rhubarb, so I think I’ll try those cupcakes first. Not sure the commemorative blend is available in Canada yet, but I’ll be looking. Hope to find it by Friday!

As ever, your recipes are always creative and this cake and cupcakes have that ”wow’ factor with elegance. I’ve seen the special Twinings tea advertised, now I know what to eat with this interesting ‘cuppa’ tea.
